    I was very skeptical..!

    Extremely clean. Looks newly remodeled. I'm a housekeeping supervisor south of the bridge in Avon at a popular realty company. I was stuck due to the ocean over wash at mirlo beach right before Rodanthe. The road to my home was closed. I was extremely impressed. Pillows very soft, and even smelled great! Clean pillow protectors, clean mattress pads. Underneath the bed was spotless. Floors sand free. This was the cheapest room I could find last minute. It was the only one they had left. As we all are when we find a cheap room last minute, I was very skeptical. I was proven wrong in my skepticism.

    On our honeywmoon..

    We stayed here on our honeymoon for a few days. We got a king room with a view of the ocean and Jeanettes pier. Friendly staff. Clean room. We enjoyed our stay here. We usually stay in a camper so it was a nice change of pace.

    Last minute find!

    Last minute late night find. Beautiful room, beautiful view and quiet. Woke up to a pretty view of the ocean and i could also see the inlet from my room. Very nice staff. They honored by phone the online price we found on another site. Would absolutely stop again if i ever drive through there again

    The staff was so friendly and helpful. Let us check in around 11 AM and let us have a delayed checkout the next day! Very simple hotel but the location was perfect!thanks for making our night cozy. We will come back and visit this nice diamond in the rough.
